I've been practicing yoga for over 15 years and I've earned my yoga alliance certification, which consists of over 300 hours of teacher training. I am currently earning my 500 hour RYT. I became certified in several areas including prenatal, seniors, kids, yoga strength, yoga anatomy, etc.
We have all had or have injuries of some kind. Some of us suffer from more serious issues. It could be arthritis, or fibromyalgia, or a knee injury, or lower back issues. It is good to know that with yoga, you can work through the pain and improve your body. Yoga will enable you to move your body and lesson the pain.
Yoga is a journey. When we learn about yoga, we understand that yoga is about our mind, body, and soul. It's a part of our everyday lives. Letting go, not judging ourselves or others. Connecting our heart and mind. Hatha Yoga means "yoga for health." Hatha Yoga is physical yoga involving; stretching, strengthening, and balancing our body. The Vinyasa style of Hatha Yoga brings poses together in a flowing movement. It develops great flexibility and strength. It's great for our heart and other internal organs by keeping the oxygen and blood flowing to those organs. Using the breath, releasing the stress from your mind and body.
Yoga is a mind, body, spirit practice.
Regardless of health issues, anyone can practice yoga; Men, women, and children. It is the healthy choice for your body. If you want to relieve stress, this is the place to come.
